Ravishankar Gopalan

Ravishankar Gopalan is an experienced banking and transformation leader turned entrepreneur, with over three decades of depth in the financial services, shared services, and business transformation domains. He has held senior leadership roles at distinguished institutions, including IDFC First Bank, where he was a founding member of the leadership team. He has also contributed in strategic roles at Aditya Birla Capital, Citigroup, and Reliance Industrial Infrastructure. Over his career, Ravishankar has led operations, business, technology, and large-scale transformation programs, including the establishment of a new private sector bank. Through many of these systemic changes, he has driven STP (straight-through processing), operational efficiencies, and controls. He was also a pioneer in the Indian Banking system, piloting agile-led developments and change initiatives.

Ravishankar serves as Managing Partner at Execute Partners & Consultants LLP, where he advises organizations on strategy, operations, and digital transformation. He is also a member of the board of directors of several companies. He has also joined the advisory board at Quality Kiosk Technologies as a Business Transformation Advisor, where he collaborates with and drives transformational growth, innovation, and operational excellence agendas alongside leadership.
